This is a Limited Edition Red Army Overdrive with a custom, handmade replica of the original, wood box that the Russian pedals came in.  I also matched the original enclosure and ink color.

This is a limited run due to the Red Army using some rare and discontinued capacitors that give it a different tone that the other Russians.

The rare "Mike Matthew's Red Army Overdrive" was produced around 1990 in Russia under the Sovtek name. This was the first fuzz produced by Sovtek after Electro-Harmonix moved to Russia and started the new company and the name of the pedal was a bit misleading as it was a fuzz and not an overdrive.

The Red Army is slightly different from the other Russian pedals. It has a little less low end than the Civil War but still retains the fullness in the tone. It also has a grittier fuzz than the later green and black Russians.

Stomp Under Foot pedals are made by hand using only quality, through-hole components.
