Do you take trades ?
Yup, I will consider anything you have to trade, I can't make any promise's but let me know what you have and we can go from there.
Do you buy pedals?
Yes, sometimes if i have enough spare cash I will see what i can do, this goes for guitars and amps as well.
Can you get other items you do not stock ?
Sometime’s, but its not always possible. The least i can do is recommend where you can get what you want.

Returns & refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and what's more so do the fine people who have made them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
If you have purchased a pedal or effect, tried it, found its not for you and want to change your mind you can return anything bought from joespedals.com. We'll be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it's in fully re-saleable condition. ie not scuffed, scratched or tampered with in any way. Returns should be made within 30 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money for the item, this does not include dispatch postal charges or return postal charges.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For faulty or items that arrive damaged we, will either replace, refund or allow you credit for the full amount including all shipping charges when returning the item to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
I aim to dispatch your order right away. Usually orders received before 2pm will go out the same day where possible. If you are wanting delivery on a specific day, email me before placing the order.
I use Royal Mail as standard and postage rates are calculated at checkout. There are a range of services but free UK shipping is also offered for items over £100 which will be a Second Class service.
If you require a specific shipping method, like a courier, please email me before placing the order.
For the rest of the world, the delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout.
If your address does not come up as an option in the basket, we do not ship to your country, sorry.
Delivery to the UK usually takes 1-2 working days (larger items may take longer) and International deliveries can take 5-10 working days, dependent on the country.
For UK shipments, I tend to use Royal Mail 24 Signed service for items below 2kg and Parcelforce for items 2kg and above.
For International shipments, I usually use a Royal Mail International signed and tracked service, where that service is available.
Please make sure you input the correct address when ordering online as I cannot be held responsible if your item(s) are delayed,
or cannot be delivered due to address errors. Please contact me as soon as possible if this happens.
Please be aware that items shipped outside the United Kingdom may incur import and onward shipping charges. This would be dependent on destination and would be the responsibility of you, the customer. Any such charges are not included in the cost of the item when purchased from our website.
