Gift Certificate

The Joe's Pedals Gift Certificate is a great present idea for the pedal enthusiast in your life.

Choose the amount you want to gift from the drop down menu, add to cart and purchase, a charge for postage will be added. I will then generate a unique discount code just for you within 24 hours. This code will be posted to the recipient of your choice in the form of a Handwritten Gift Card. I can also email the code to you.  When the recipient wants to redeem the Gift Certificate, they just have to enter the code into the box provided on the online checkout page. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction, if you have more than one code just get in touch and I can consolidate those for you.

Please Note  Gift Certificates are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Any remaining credit on the gift certificate after this time will expire on this date and you will be unable to spend it, so please make sure you shop soon!

Please treat the gift card as you would cash. Don't lose it, and don't leave it anywhere that someone may be able to take it, and copy the voucher number. Joe's Pedals cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards, so keep it safe!  Once the gift voucher is bought, no exchanges are possible.

Terms and Conditions  Yes, I realise these are dull but they are important so please read.

Gift Certificates can be redeemed on the Joe’s Pedals online store (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the Gift Certificate on payment of the difference. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.  Gift Certificates are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. If any product purchased with a Gift Certificate is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the Gift Certificate. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and a new code generated for you. Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Joe’s Pedals will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers, Joe’s Pedals reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Certificate at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in my discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
