T.Phreak 1.5 Fuzz

Phineas T. Phreak is an intellectual and idealist. He has enough mastery of chemistry to create new drugs and takes an avid interest in politics. He is committed to social change and environmental issues. He is from Texas and while his mother is relaxed and open-minded, his father is a card-carrying member of the John Birch Society (American right wing advocacy group) He is very hairy, tall and skinny with a thick bush of black hair, a beard, a nose bearing more than a passing resemblance to a Camberwell Carrot and glasses. He is the stereotypical left-wing radical.

The T. Phreak is a fuzz pedal resembling the Joe's Special that David (D*A*M) did a few years ago which was based on an original Coloursound MK1.5 Tonebender. The original used Mullard OC83's (IMPEX) transistors. This is a silicon fuelled version using ZTX 109's. It sounds great, more top end sizzle and with slightly more gain at full bore than with a germanium equivalent but the gain structure is identical. Get your Phreak on.
