I believe this is from about 2005 an Original Effector 13 (aka Devi Ever, aka Fuzz Goddess)
The Torns peaker is a super high gain fuzz with a Chaos switch that scrambles the fuzz into a saggy spitty mess. It's awesome.
These early E13's are quite hard to find now, but this is a one off, it was one of a few that was hand painted by Laura F Bennett who did some other finishes around that time for Zvex and she still does some custom pedals for Zvex today.
This unit is also "Mint" ;)
